Following on from the previous Run-Off-Road crash cases study session (https://youtu.be/O4-ideJRixk) , in our next session, we will be highlighting a few of the major crash cases that we have considered over the last few years that have caused major disruption on the road networks, with emphasis on the heavy vehicle cases due to the inherent major delays caused.

We will be highlight the key roles and contributions of the Traffic Policing Services, in specific the Road Traffic Inspectorate (RTI); the Fire and Rescue Emergency Services and the Heavy Recovery Services, with a contributor from each service. We will also look at the issue of Road Incident Management Systems (RIMS).

Let us promote road safety through professionalism and co-operation by acknowledgement, learning from and perhaps hear some insight from their respective viewpoints on issues that can help all of us improve the situation on our roads.
