I spotted this advert in the KZN Invest magazine November 2019. I have never seen a big brand place and article that highlights the dangers of second hand tyres, a worldwide problem, however particularly prevalent in African countries. A practice that is largely unregulated. Well done to Sumitomo Rubber South Africa.
